Shopping for College, Financial Aid Workshop and Military Academies Fair on October 20, 2012
Fort Bragg Child, Youth and School Services (CYSS) and Army Community Service are hosting a Shopping for College and Financial Aid workshop.
Date: Saturday, October 20, 2012
Time: 2-3PM
Location: Tolson Youth Activities Center, Fort Bragg, NC
Target audience: High school students and their families
FREE and open to the public
Learn about how to select a college or university from a panel of admissions officers from a private university, public university, and community college. A high school guidance counselor will also address attending a college or university as an athlete. In addition, a representative from the College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC) and Veteran’s Affairs will discuss how to pay for college.
Immediately following the Shopping for College and Financial Aid Workshop, a Military Academies Fair will be available.

This annual fair will feature representatives Military oriented post-secondary schools. High school students interested in applying to and attending at Military academy is invited to speak to the representatives.
